We recognise the importance of continually updating our teams’ knowledge to ensure we can always give you the best possible advice. Recently the customer care team at Leeds have attended training sessions held by Royal Canin and Company of Animals and are now able to help and advise customers on all aspects of these companies’ products.
Royal Canin offer a range of dog and cat foods, based on the pets age, size and breed. They understand the physiological and morphological differences among dogs of different sizes and have tailor made their foods to provide optimum nutrition for each pet. Their cat range is based upon the cats’ age and lifestyle – an indoor cat has different nutritional requirements to one that has access to outside.
The Company of Animals offer a wide range of products designed to contribute towards the better control of pets whilst ensuring their safety, wellbeing and happiness. Their products include:
- The Kong range – ideal for encouraging both mental and physical stimulation.
- A wide range of training accessories - including leads, treat bags, clickers and whistles.
- The Dr Noys range of soft toys, which each come with a replacement squeaker, designed to be easily replaced or removed.
