All our Foundation Courses (Puppy, Junior and Adult) are ideal introductions to dog training. They cover exercises such as walking on a loose lead, coming back when called, stays and health checks. In addition, the dogs will benefit from socialisation with other dogs, people and sounds.
Puppy Training Foundation Course (7 week course)
This course is for fully vaccinated puppies under 19 weeks old. The aim is to teach your puppy basic obedience skills which is an invaluable foundation in the relationship between puppy and owner.
This course will teach you and your puppy to communicate in a clear and positive manner, covering subjects like attentive response to name, recall (see video below), sit, down and stand, controlled walking, play, socialisation, food manners and taking objects from your puppy.

Junior Foundation Course (7 week course)
The Junior Foundation Course is for vaccinated dogs from 20 weeks – 12 months, without previous training experience.
This course covers the same subjects as the Puppy Foundation Course, for example attentive response to name, recall, sit, down and stand, controlled walking, play, socialisation, food manners and taking objects from your dog.

Adult Foundation Course (7 week course)
This course is aimed at dogs over 12 months who have no previous training experience. We’ll be going through basic obedience subjects that will prove invaluable in the relationship between you and your dog. Subjects we cover are for example attentive response to name, recall, sit, down and stand, controlled walking, play, socialisation, food manners and taking objects from your dog.
