Hound group

You get all shapes and sizes of hounds – from tiny Dachshunds to huge Bloodhounds. But basically they were bred to be hunting dogs and have been used as such since the earliest times. In fact, cave paintings exist of hounds from pre-historic times.

Of course, these days, few of them are used for hunting - although the instinct for it remains.
