To leave your pet in someone else’s care when you’re away can be tough on you both. That’s why we offer a FREE trial boarding stay to help provide you and your pet with piece of mind.
You’ll both get to meet our pet carers, take a look at our boarding apartments and get a good feel of the place before a longer stay. It’s a great way to put your pet at ease and convince yourself that they’ll be fine left in our care.
All we require is that your trial day is booked before a boarding stay and not used as an extra day added on to your pet’s stay.
There is of course no obligation to make a booking after your free trial day, but we’re confident that what you see will make you want to come back!
What to expect on the free boarding trial day:
- The aim of the free trial day is to allow your pet to stay with us for the day so they can get used to our surroundings.
- More importantly your pet will learn that you will be returning at the end of the day so they are more relaxed when they stay for a longer period of time.
- You will go through a check in process which is an opporunity for us to get to know your pet and understand their behaviours. The more we know about your pet, the more comfotable we can make their stay.
- During the trial day, your pet will be fed and dogs will also be taken for a walk.
- No booking is required after their stay.
