Hi, I’m Mark the Washington Centre Manager and I have worked at mypetstop since November 2008. I own former rescue dogs Ben & Halle both Labradors. At first they both didn't socialise with any dogs, but they have now completed Foundation training, Improvers training, agility courses. I also had a dog called Sam for nearly 18 years, tropical fish and rabbits. I love meeting the customers, staff and different types of pets coming into the centre. I enjoy chatting with both our regular and our new customers. Every day is different from a Manager’s point of view and I am always looking for ways to improve the services to our customers and create a friendly atmosphere. My favourite part of my job is having the responsibility of dealing with pets in all departments. Every day is different and I am always kept busy. We have an open door policy here so come on down and check out our facilities.

Hi, my name is Catelin and I enjoy working at mypetstop especially in Doggy Day Camp. It gives me great satisfaction cuddling, playing and generally tiring out the dogs. They are so affectionate so everyday I come into work happy!!!
I recently joined the customer care team and Its enjoyable coming into work because of all the cuddles we receive from all the cute pets. I enjoy taking customers on a tour so they can see our fab facilities. If you've not visited then drop in at any time for a cuppa and walk round the centre.
Customer Care and Hydrotherapist
I’ve worked for mypetstop for many years in Customer Carer and I'm also a fully trained Hydrotherapist. I own two dogs, one cat and three goldfish. I love my job because I love animals, I love talking to people and no two days are the same.
My role is a Customer Carer and I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel of my own. Meeting and talking to the customers and their animals makes my job very enjoyable and varied each and every day
Customer Care Supervisor
Hi, I’m Lynda and my role is Customer Care Supervisor at mypetstop in Washington. I don’t currently own any pets, however since working at mypetstop I am seriously thinking about getting a dog. I love working with animals, meeting and talking to people and working in a friendly environment. My favourite part of the job is interacting with members of the public and their cute pets.
I enjoy working at mypetstop especially as I'm unable to have pets of my own, I can look after other people’s. I love meeting new people and animals every day. I have been here since 2009 and I can honestly say it is the best job I have ever had.
